BI ANALYST

Job Description

Involve in writing and understanding the business/ functional requirements. Involve in feasibility study and propose design to the application development. Understand and propose various methodologies .Use Waterfall, Agile SDLC methodologies. Participate in centralized development and implementation of application and maintenance of BI Tools using Power BI, Tableau, SQL and SSIS/SSAS/SSRS. Implement extract, transform, and load (ETL) process for data loading. Automate power BI reports pointing to Azure Cloud, databases, and SharePoint sources. Implement automation tests. Design test plans, test cases, test data, and test summary reports. Analyze bugs and perform use acceptance testing (UAT). Communicate with business users and perform data validation.

Qualifications and Skills

Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, or any related field is required. Bachelor’s degree in the above fields along with 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is acceptable in lieu of Master’s degree. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
Work location: Piscataway, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
