BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

Job Description

Elicit, analyze, document business requirements and translate them into functional requirements. Use translated requirements into test cases and test scenarios. Conduct user acceptance testing. Create test reports and defect logs. Analyze user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems. Design, expand or modify systems to improve workflow. Test, maintain and coordinate computer programs and systems. Develop, document and revise system design procedure, test procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

Agile, Scrum, BI, ETL, Rational Requisite Pro, HP Quality Center, MS SQL Server, ASP.NET, AJAX, and LINQ. Master's degree in Science, Technology, Arts or Engineering (any) with two (2) years of experience in job offered or related occupation is required. Bachelor's degree in the above fields along with 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is acceptable in lieu of Master's plus two (2) years of experience. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
