Job Duties and Responsibilities

Source, recruit, interview, and place full range of software engineering and IT candidates from job boards and job search websites such as Handshake, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Conduct technical interviews to assess candidate skill sets with job requirements. Identify trending and future skills by analyzing industry trends. Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports. Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

Master's degree in Science, Business, Arts, or Engineering (any) is required.
Piscataway, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S
