Technical Trainer
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop curricula suited to a business environment, focusing equally on backend
development with ASP.NET MVC5 and Entity Framework, .NET Core Web API, frontend
development with Angular with TypeScript and CSS3, and database management with
SQL and Database Design using T-SQL and SQL Server.
- Create engaging training resources that include professional presentation slides,
theoretical content, and real-world scenarios, emphasizing practices in Web API,
JavaScript, Onion Architecture, and using SCRUM Agile methodologies.
- Regularly update training materials to reflect new trends in technology, ensuring
coverage of the latest software development and cloud computing practices including
Azure Cloud, Docker, and microservices.
- Plan training phases carefully, aligning them with IT and business needs and ensuring
backend, frontend, SQL database and cloud computing sessions are integrated.
- Manage resources effectively for both remote and in-person training based on
availability and content delivery needs.
- Incorporate key topics at strategic intervals, linking SQL database design with backend
development .NET /.NET core and connecting frontend technologies Angular for
cohesive learning.
- Build backup plans for any unexpected changes to ensure training objectives are
consistently met.
- Conduct interactive training sessions using a variety of teaching methods, covering
practical applications across JavaScript, SQL, C#, and Typescript to cater to different
learning styles.
- Provide practical training on backend, frontend, and SQL/database topics, using relevant
tools like SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio/ Visual Studio Code and
Postman for API testing.
- Provide feedback and coaching to help trainees improve, with personalized attention
and targeted advice to ensure a thorough understanding of all aspects.
- Assess trainee skills through assignments, projects and presentation that challenge their
knowledge in backend, frontend, and database management and their communication
skills.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training through standardized tests and practical
exercises focused on all areas.
- Gather feedback from trainees on the curriculum, delivery, and applicability of training
sessions to improve the overall quality.
- Measure training outcomes against industry standards, ensuring competitive and
comprehensive learning experiences.
- Conduct regular reviews with industry experts to keep the training content up-to-date
and relevant.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely required filed is required. Master’s degree in
Computer Science or a closely related filed is preferred.
- Strong programming/scripting experience is required
- Solid knowledge and hands on experience of JavaScript, SQL, C#, ASP.Net are required
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience are required
- Great communication skills
