Technical Trainer

Job Description

- Design and develop technical training curriculum for business environment.
- Prepare lesson plans including the method, presentations, and documentation incorporating software development life cycle, methodologies, testing procedures and implementation.
- Create assignments and tests to assess individual progress.
- Prepare reports on progress of trainees during training periods including the development and use of standardized testing of participants.
- Enterprise level training on web page layout development using HTML5 including element, attribute and enterprise level HTML tag etc.
- Professional training on web page layout design using CSS3 and Bootstrap Framework including overriding mechanism of css by using tag, class and id, responsive design by using both css and bootstrap framework etc.
- Professional training on javascript and javascript associated library like JQuery, deep training on most javascript and JQuery key features and principles including selector, callback function, promise mechanism, prototype inheritance, encapsulation principle and javascript scope concept etc.
- Enterprise level training on unit testing for AngularJS framework using Jasmine.
- Professional training on relational database design principle including 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd Normal Form design, as well as data warehouse design principle including star and snowflake schema design etc.
- Professional training on T-SQL language: query design with DML, DDL, DCL, subquery, view, temp table, table variable, stored procedure, user defined function, transaction management, error handing mechanism, trigger and cursor etc.
- Professional training on SQL Server object: Schema, table, column, constraint, index, table partitioning, system stored procedures etc.
- Enterprise level training on .NET C# Programming language including OOP inheritance, polymorphism and encapsulation, interface, abstract class, multithreading and garbage collection etc.
- Professional training on ASP.NET framework for web application development including master page, view state, code behind, page life cycle, user control, validation control and custom control etc.
- Professional training on ASP.NET MVC framework for website development including layout, partial view, razor view engine, data annotation, ViewData, TempData, ViewBag and HTML helper etc.
- Professional training on ASP.NET WebAPI and WCF service, the comparison and application of RESTFUL and SOAP.
- Enterprise level training on N-Tier development architecture including UI Layer, Business Logic Layer and Data Access Layer etc.
- Professional training on .NET database connectivity framework with SQL Server including ADO.NET, Entity Framework database first approach and code first approach etc.
- Professional training on SQL Server services including SSIS, SSRS and SSAS.
- Enterprise level training on unit testing for .NET framework using NUNIT.
- Professional training on javascript framework AngularJS including SPA with routing mechanism, custom directive, factory and service development, data binding with isolated scope, http key service development etc.
- Enterprise version control system training using TFS, Github and Subversion.
- Enterprise website development life cycle training following Waterfall and Agile methodology.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field is required, master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field is preferred
- 2+ year professional experience in Technical training or closely related field is required
- Strong programming/scripting experience is required
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience is required
- Great communication skills
